Employment Opportunities:

 

NOW HIRING Welcome Center Staff, part-time- Warren YMCA, 212 Lexington Ave, Warren, PA

  • Manage Welcome Center (front desk) by greeting members, visitors, and callers.
  • Provide information and direct callers to the proper person or location, relaying messages if the person is not available. 
  • Perform basic routine clerical duties under the supervision of the Membership Coordinator. 
  • Keep the working area clean and orderly.  
  • Balance cash/checks/charges for all transactions working shift and document income.

High school graduate or equivalent.  General office experience is preferred but not necessary. The ability to type and multitask is of importance to the position of Welcome Center staff.  Public relations and communications skills are beneficial to the position.

Child Abuse & Criminal Background Checks are required.

Schedule- Thursday 12:30-5:00 pm, with the opportunity for additional hours when substituting for others.

TUES/THUR MORNINGS:  7:45 AM TO 1 PM

*SUB AVAILABLILTY preferred
