Does your balance need to improve? Do you need help getting on and off the floor? This class works on improving your stability, flexibility, and strength.

Body Bar Strength: T/Th...$16 Members / $52 Non-members (Instructor: Megan Johnson)

This 60-minute strength training workout will challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the resistance of a body bar/plates. Held in Group Ex. Studio. Max=12 participants.

Body Pump HEAVY is a tempo based weightlifting class using foundational lifts, slow speeds, and long recoveries. It is driven by iconic music, the group energy, and turns lifting into a fun and social experience that you won't want to miss! Held in Group Ex. Studio Max participants = 12

Adults 55 and over wil gain musde strength and endurante whie increasing range of motion in al pints. Class is done on "exerballs'. Class is held in Group Ex, Studio.

Cardio Pump: M/W.......$16 Members / $52 Non-members

This class is designed for muscular and cardiovascular endurance and improved overal strength for everyday activiies. There will be paricular focus and integration of core srenigh, balante, and functional fitness. Safety and proper form are emphasized and demonstrated for all participants. Held in West Gym.
Max=20 participants.

Speralsted Strength Training With ris Dolan, Wellness Drer. Exercise helpse hoes metabolism, maintain muscle mass, and improve your quality of life tract row to begin an exercise program to support your weight loss goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Held in Weight Room, Functional Fitness Room or Group Exercise Studio.

Firefly at the Y:

Cost = FREE. A program for adults with intellectual disabilities. At each class, the participants will engage in socialization, exercise and nutrition discussions. Thursday is swimming day. Please register for each 5-week session. Max participants = 30

KIDZfit for youth ages 5-12 years. Kids will enjoy 45 minutes of exercise activities such as aerobics, light strength work, yoga and lots of fun in an inclusive environment! Max participants = 10

KIDZfit for youth ages 5-12 years. Kids will enjoy 45 minutes of outdoor activities such as walks, cross country skiing, playground fun, and more! All- inclusive environment! Max participants = 6

REAX rafting in the pool combines popular land formats like HIIT, Yoga and Functional Fitness moves with the instability of the water to provide an efficient and FUN workout! Max participants = 8

SilverSneakers@ Fitness/Stretch: T/Th.......Free to YMCA members/ $10 non-members (Instructor, Jena Swanson)

Silver Sneakers classes are low-impact and are appropriate for individuals who may not have exercised in years or for those who exercise on a regular basis. The goal of the class is to encourage illness prevention, minimize aging-related physical deterioration, and increase a sense of well being through social interaction in a group exercise setting.

This 60-minute video strength training workout will challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the resistance of a body bar/plates or dumbbells. Pre-registration is required. Drop-in fee permitted if space allows at the start of class. Held in Group Exercise Studio. Max = 12 participants

Strength in Motion: M/W_$15 members / $50 non-members (Instructor: Erica Steber)

This 45-minute low-impact class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness. Flowing movements, breathing techniques, and focus exercises to create a mind-body experience. Set to motivating, yet calming music. Geared toward all fitness levels - from beginners to advanced. Held in Group Exercise Studio. Max = 12 participants

Stronger for Longer: M/W/F...$25 members / $65 non-members (Instructor: Chris Dolan)

Specialized strength training with Chris Dolan, Wellness Director. Highly beneficial for older adults, improving muscle strength, bone density, and overall mobility, while also reducing the risk of falls. Class will use bodyweight movements, light weights, and will gradually increase intensity and resistance over the 5-week session. Max participants=8

StrongHER: T/Th.....$15 members / $50 non-members ..$5.00 Drop-in/class Fee available (Instructor: Jena Swanson)

This is all women's fitness class focused on building a stronger, more confident you in a supportive environment. We will be utilizing functional movements, bodyweight exercises, and weights to build muscle strength, increase mobility, and improve overall fitness. All fitness levels accommodated. Held in Functional Fitness Room/Weightroom.

Wake up your day with Sunrise Yoga. This class will gently stretch and wake up the body, energizing you for the day ahead. Max participants = 15 (Held in Group Ex. Studio)

Weight Room for Teens: T/Th.....$20 members/$40 non-members | Saturdays-$10 members / $20 non-members. (Instructor: Alex Shaw)

Weight lifting class for teens ages 12+ with limited or no experience with resistance training. This strength and conditioning program is designed to increase performance in any sport and promote general well-being utilizing a combination of Powerlifting and Circuit Training. Emphasis placed on safety, proper lifting technique, and weight-room etiquette. Discussions include progressive overload, benefits of different rep ranges, and maximizing results. Members and non-members welcome to register and attend. Must pre-register for each 5-week session.
