JAY'S BOOT CAMP 101 - Upper and lower body strength & endurance with core exercises mixed in. *Sign-up required.

HIIT / CORE / STRETCH - Dynamic Stretch Warm-up followed by a Total Body HiiT Workout & Concentrated Core Exercises. Finish this class with a Yin Yoga inspired Deep Stretch.

EARLY MORNING HIIT - 30 minutes of high intensity exercise with warm-up and stretch/cool-down included. All exercises can be modified and the intensity level is up to the individual. Minimal to no equipment used.

The first Saturday of each month is our Community Free Day at both Y locations. This is a time for everyone in the community to come and use the Y facilities for free. Youngsville Y visitors must be age 12 & up. Visitors on Community Free Day must sign in and register at the Welcome Center. Warren YMCA youth 9 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
