Our Youngsville YMCA branch is open and located at 80 Ford Street, Youngsville, Pa. Please stop by and receive a tour of our new facility. Join our YMCA and receive access to both facilities. A day pass option is available for adults and youth ages 12-18 for fitness facility usage. A non-member play program is also available. All programs run on 5-week schedules except spin only classes.
Please register and pay for the session prior to start date. Or, you can pay a drop-in fee of $7.00 per class if space is available at the start of class.

JAY'S BOOT CAMP 101 - Upper and lower body strength & endurance with core exercises mixed in. *Sign-up required.
Days: Wed/Fri
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Fee: $16 members / $52 non members (for 5-week session)

EARLY MORNING HIIT - 30 minutes of high intensity exercise with warm-up and stretch/cool-down included. All exercises can be modified and the intensity level is up to the individual. Minimal to no equipment used.

GROWTH EVOLUTION - Strength, balance and Flexibility. One hour Yoga inspired sessions.

SPIN & TONE - This group class will spin for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of toning exercises.

GENERATION POUND - A vibrant pound exercise class.

POUND FITNESS - Combination cardio and weight training approach that include rhythmic techniques utilizing light-weight drumsticks called ripstix.

BABY & ME FLEX & STRETCH - 30 minute Yoga inspired exercises interactively performed with baby & caretaker in mind.

S-I-T (Sweat w/Intentions for Transformation) - 30 minute class which will focus on cardio, strength, mobility and stability. Exercises will be implemented in and out of a chair. For anyone that is aging, with injury & recovery, excessive weight  gain or other physical limitations.

SUSPENSION TRAINING (AM Class) - A workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.

NEW! READING & RIDING - Ages 12-17. Read a book while you ride one of our bicycles. There is NO instructor, but staff will assist in the proper bike set0up and usage.

COMMUNITY FREE DAYS

The first Saturday of each month is our Community Free Day at both Y locations. This is a time for everyone in the community to come and use the Y facilities for free. Youngsville Y visitors must be age 12 & up. Visitors on Community Free Day must sign in and register at the Welcome Center. Warren YMCA youth 9 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
