WHOLE HEALTH WELLNESS

Whole Health Wellness...formerly known as Mental Wellness, activities started back in January 2022 and have evolved into what we now call "Whole Health Wellness".  We have continued the Whole Health Group, a collection of various community agencies that meet monthly to work on community wellness overall.  Thus far the group has initially taken steps to help youth and has plans to expand efforts to all ages.  The group decided to create a new website called Warren County Youth Network (https://www.warrencountyyouthnetwork.org/), created in an effort to share activities and resources with the youth of the county.  Click on link and check it out! The group has also worked to connect resources and network agencies to provide better services to residents.

ART

Acrylic Painting Class - Ages 16+

Join us Wednesdays for 5 weeks of Learn to Acrylic Paint at the Allegheny Community Center, TAWC Building, 2nd Floor, 42 Clark Street, Warren. This class provides the basics of using acrylic paints and the techniques needed to create finished artwork. Students will have the opportunity to paint various subjects and incorporate the techniques learned. Eight participants per class with Bart Green, Painting Instructor.

Participants are asked to bring a pad of acrylic painting paper to practice. Paint, brushes, and canvas will be provided. Open to ages 16 and older, limit of 4 participants per class time.

ACC - Art Room: Recommended parking at the back of the building near the rear entry with ramp. Follow signs to the second-floor art room

Personal training services offered:

  • Weight-loss Training Programs: Lose fat, tone-up muscles and improve aerobic/cardio fitness.
  • Weight-maintenance Training Programs: Tone-up muscles, moderately increase strength and improve aerobic/cardio fitness.
  • Weight-gain Training Programs: Gain muscle, increase strength and power.
  • Athletic (sports) Training Programs: Increase speed, quickness, jumping and endurance.
